HELLO! I am Anna Hastie

I am a Business Mindset Coach and Sound Bath Healer and Trainer for women who are ready to rise into their most aligned and abundant expression in business and life. My work is grounded in one guiding truth. Frequency comes first. When you shift your energy, everything you create from that place begins to shift with you.

This is why mindset coaching and Sound Bath Healing work so beautifully together in my business. They are two expressions of the same transformation. Each supports you to release what feels heavy, reconnect with your inner truth and embody the version of yourself who leads with clarity, ease and deep self trust.

I have always known I am here to do life my own way. I see myself as a bright, colourful, light filled being moving through a crowded world of sameness. Eventually that vision became impossible to ignore and I felt the call to create a business that was fully aligned with who I am.

After years as a remedial massage therapist inside other people’s businesses, I longed for freedom and creative expression. Starting my own business as a therapist and later as a mindset coach felt exciting until the mindset challenges appeared. The self doubt. The fear of failing. The old stories about not being capable or not being cut out for business. No strategy could shift the deeper beliefs that were holding me back.

So I did the inner work. I transformed the thoughts and patterns that were never mine to carry. I released the beliefs that kept me small. And with aligned strategy supporting me, everything recalibrated. My confidence grew. My income expanded. My waitlist grew. My business became the thriving natural therapy and coaching practice I had always dreamed of.

That was when I knew I was meant to help other women create the same breakthroughs in their mindset and energy.

Through the Yes Supply Coaching Method and my background in energy, spirituality, embodiment and the healing power of sound, I help entrepreneurial women transform the beliefs and patterns that limit their success. Together we clear long held blocks from early experiences, generational patterns or even deeper energetic roots. My clients step forward feeling grounded, confident and certain in their business direction. They feel magnetic. They trust themselves. They lead with authority and alignment.

Sound is also one of my greatest passions. I work with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls from Crystal Tones and have witnessed countless shifts in clients and sound bath participants. Clarity returning. Physical tension dissolving. A quiet and peaceful mind. Deep rest. Renewed energy. I also teach Level 1 Sound Bath Training for those who want to learn sound healing and share this powerful modality in their own practice.
