  • 6 x 90 min Fortnightly Coaching Sessions using the Alchemy Mindset Transformation Method.

  • Ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions (Mon–Fri).

  • Mindset resources including meditations, journal prompts, sound baths and more.

  • Personal Frequency Track tailored specifically to you and your business goals.

Before I became a Business Mindset Coach and Sound Healer, I worked as a massage therapist and energy healer. I started my own business, Creating Balance Natural Therapies, driven by a strong desire to do things my way, have more flexibility and freedom in my working week and to create a well-known, successful, thriving business.
